When the amount of received data via CIE-M10 serial port is as same as previously configured
data byte count, [Event Byte], or the duration of the data exceeds [Data Frame], the incoming data
will be recognized as one block.
Since UDP communication does not involve establishing connection, N: M communication may
be performed using broadcast. Therefore, it can be conveniently in changing RS485 multi drop
type network to Ethernet.
