13.0 Useful tips for coffee
13.1 Optimum conditions for good coffee
Good coffee depends not only on the appliance but also on the
water, the blend of coffee, the grinding, the temperature, etc. You
should keep the following tips in mind:
Always use fresh coffee and dark roasts, such as the SOLIS pro-
ducts specially blended for use with espresso machines.
Fresh coffee should always be stored in a cool place. It can be
deep frozen and may be used directly while still cold.
Always have coffee beans ground to espresso grade. If the result is
still not satisfactory, check Point 12.4.
