6. The warranty
The warranty of the foldable booster heaters « Soléa » is strictly limited to the free
replacement or to the repair in factory of the defective part or parts. The manufacturer
guarantees the repair of heaters with manufacturing defects that are related to production
and which occur within 24 months from the date of purchase. The repair under warranty
of the heater is carried out provided that it meets the rules mentioned above, in the
presence of the instructions of use.
As soon as the agreement in principle is given by the manufacturer for the return of the
parts, they must be shipped within 15 days, freight and packaging costs included.
The dismantling and reassembly costs may in no case be demanded as damages for any
reason whatsoever. The manufacturer may not be held liable for direct or indirect
consequences of defects both on the people and property and it is expressly stated that
the installation of the devices is not the responsibility of the manufacturer.
The warranty may not intervene if the devices were subjected to abnormal use and were
used in conditions of use other than those for which they were built. It does not apply in
case of damage or accident due to negligence, lack of supervision or maintenance or
from an equipment processing.
STAFF INSURANCE : In case of accident happening at any time or for any reason, the
manufacturer's liability is limited to its own staff and supply.
DISPUTE : In case of dispute, whatever are the accepted sale and payment conditions,
the Commercial Court of Bordeaux shall be the only responsible. The provisions of the
guarantee certificate are not exclusive for the benefit of the purchaser of the legal
warranty for hidden defects and vices that apply in any case in terms of articles 1641 and
the following articles of the civil code. To satisfy your claim, please remind the references
on the label of the device.
7. Identification of your device
The affixing of the marking
by the manufacturer guarantees that the products
meet the European Community directives of safety and electromagnetic compatibility.
The
IPX…
index means the protection of the casing of the device against the
penetration of solids and liquids.
