48. Confirm that there are no system alarms.
49. Battery test: preform a battey test main>operation> battery test. The batteries are required to
hold the inverter DC voltage and pass until the end of the 5 minutes.
50. Self-Load test: During system commissioning, the charger, battery, inverter and bypass of the
UPS module shall be tested at full load without the need for an external load bank. Testing
mode shall use the bypass source as the load.

Enable PQ mode (main>setup>system>system type>PQ mode)
2.
Transfer system to PQ mode with 10 kW
3.
Wait untill system starts PQ mode
4.
Adjust PQ power, by increasing in 10% incretements, to 95-98% kW of maximum
system output power
5.
Run the system 5-10 minutes
6.
Change 70% of max kW power and 70% of max kVAr power
7.
Run for 5-10 min.
8.
Transfer system to VF mode (main>operation>PQ mode).
51. Battery mode test: Verify that the system is running in normal mode (the output is supplied
from the inverter) then disconnect AC input and see that inverters remain ON and output of
the system is on inverter.
Return AC input.
52. ATS test: Verify the ATS is set to a 10 second change over time then transfer to secondary
source (i.e. generator or seperate feed) and back. System must stay on inverter.
53. ECO mode test: Transfer system to bypass and back. Output voltage should be stable.

Enable ECO mode (main>setup>system>system type>ECO mode)

If prompted for a Password please contact Gamatronics support.
3.
Select the Enabled checkbox then press Confirm.

To transfer to ECO mode
(main>operation> Eco mode off (click for change))

To take the system out of ECO mode, deselect the Enabled checkbox and press
Confirm.
Note:
Do not select the Analyze grid checbox, or any of the Custom Reliability options.
54. Transfer the UPS to bypass and close the output circuit breaker.
55. Transfer the UPS to inverter (i.e. Normal Mode)
56. Verify that output voltage under load is 120V ±2 %.
