FRONT CASTER
NOTE: Refer to the parts diagram for the current part number.
To replace the drive:
1) Turn off power to the joystick module.
2) Place the power chair in drive mode.
3) Place a support under the frame so that the caster wheel is off of the ground.
4) Remove the cap from caster arm. See figure 4.
5) Remove the nut that fastens the caster wheel to the caster arm. See figure 5.
Make sure you retain the
washer.
6) Install the new caster assembly.
7) Remove the frame support.
8) Power on and test the power chair.
