• Always store the fryer with its lid closed to prevent dust or other products
from deteriorating the oil or fat.
• The discarded oil or fat must not be thrown down the WC or the sink. Put
them into a closed container and take them to a suitable rubbish contain-
er.
SAFETY SYSTEM
• This deep fryer has a safety thermostat that cuts off the power in the event
of abnormal overheating. If this happens, follow the steps below:
Unplug the fryer from the mains and allow it to cool.
Press the button (12) using a screwdriver.
Plug the fryer in and check that it works correctly. If the problem continues,
take the fryer to a Technical Service shop.
IMPORTANT: When you wish to dispose of the appliance, NEVER throw
it in the rubbish. Instead, go to your nearest CLEAN POINT or waste
collection point, where it will receive subsequent treatment. In this
way, you will be contributing to looking after the environment.
