9. Service and warranty
Snow Peak products are designed to be reliable in the field and to provide
many years of satisfaction. In the unlikely event that a product fails to
function properly, contact the dealer where the product was purchased or
Snow Peak Customer Service. Defective products due to manufacturing will
be repaired or replaced at no charge. If the problem is not the result of
manufacturing, it will be repaired for a reasonable charge. No warranty is
provided for damage or breakage as a result of the following:
1.
Deterioration of materials resulting from normal aging.
2.
Damage to the product resulting from misuse or careless handling.
3.
Damage from retrofitted components.
4.
Damage to the product resulting from mishandling as specified in this
instruction manual.
