IN GENERAL
The Economic Premium is a climate cabinet, in which temperature, humidity and light can be
controlled by a programmable controller, model Jumo IMAGO 500.
To prevent temperature changes, the fluorescent tubes are located outside the working-area behind
isolated glass. The air inside the cabinet is heated by an electrical heating-element. Cooling by a
CFC-free cooling-system. The humidity inside is controlled by the Stulz (de)humidifier.
The cabinet is fitted with 3 trays, all of them adjustable in height. A maximum of 20 trays can be
placed into the Economic Premium. The exterior of the cabinet is made of electrolytic coated steel
in the colours blue and white. The interior of the Economic Premium is made of Stainless Steel. The
cabinet is fitted with a door lock and mounted on 4 swivel-castors.
The controller checks the temperature, humidity, light and CO
2
injection (optional) at fixed time
intervals and takes action when necessary. When no cooling or dehumidification is required, the
compressor will run in a bypass system. This system contributes to a longer lifetime of the
compressor.
