POWER PACK INSTALLATION
1.
Remove the
red
plastic cap located at the rear of the power pack, and install the
"T" fitting located in the hardware kit.
2.
Bolt power pack to the mounting bracket on the power side tower using four (4)
5/16”-18UNC x 1”LG. hex head bolts, four (4) 5/16” ID lock washers, four (4)
5/16” ID flat washers and four (4) 5/16”-18UNC hex nuts. Do not tighten.
3.
Remove the filler cap from the powerpack and fill the reservoir with
approximately 4.5 Gal. (18L) of ISO32 hydraulic oil (10 wt. hydraulic oil).
Remove breather screw when filling and replace when full. Refer to figure 7.
A
certified electrician
must connect the 230Volt/1Ph power to the motor. The electrical
diagram is provided, refer to Error! Reference source not found.
