OW TO MOVE THE ITEM SAFELY
Put your fingers into the handle indentation located on the back of the
Seat
and gently move the
item to the desired location.
Make sure the floor is level while moving the item.

OW TO ADJUST THE TENSION LEVEL
TO INCREASE THE RESISTANCE
:
Turn the Tension Knob (24) clockwise.
TO DECREASE THE RESISTANCE
:
Turn the Tension Knob (24) counterclockwise.
