4. when reinstalling adjust the pulley so that
the distance between the bottom face of the
engine plate and the uppermost edge of the
v-belt groove is 2 INchEs
Tools Required:
1. 1/2” socket or wrench
2. 5/32” Hex key
1. Remove the lock nuts that hold the engine
plate to the inner frame using a 1/2” socket
or wrench
2. Lift the engine off the machine
3. Remove the setscrews using the 5/32” hex
key

Use LoCTITE thread locker MEDIUM
strength BLUE242 or equivalent on set
screws when reinstalling pulley
