Reads the answer to the command sent by the
FR_SendFrame()
function.
Return Value
0
The function call was successful.

The function call was unsuccessful.
Call the
FR_GetLastErrorMessage()
function to get error
information.
Parameters
handle
Communication handle returned by the
FR_OpenCommPort()
function.
answer
The answer read back from the instrument in response
to the command sent.
maxlen
Maximum length, in characters, of the answer buffer.
timeout_ms
Time (in milliseconds) before the function times out.
