7. DESCRIPTION OF FRONT PANEL CONTROLS

All the control and monitoring devices are clearly in view on the front panel. The table below provides the
key to the symbols used.

Before using the oven, check that the display is showing the symbol 

 (see point “10. ELECTRONIC

PROGRAMMER”).

HOB CONTROL KNOBS

Standard heating

The ring beside each knob identifies the corresponding cooking zone. To switch
it on, turn the knob to the required setting. Setting is on a gradual scale, so all
the intermediate positions between the numbers can be used.
To switch off the zone, return the knob to the 

 setting

Dual heating

The ring beside each knob identifies the corresponding
cooking zone. To heat the inner cooking zone, turn the knob
to the required setting. To heat both cooking zones (inner

and outer) simultaneously, turn the knob to 

 / 

 / 

 and

then release it. The knob will return to the maximum setting.
To regulate the heating level, turn the knob anti-clockwise to
the setting required. To return to heating of the inner cooking
zone, turn the knob to 

 and then turn it to the required

setting. To switch off the zone, return the knob to
