THE NAMEPLATE WITH THE TECHNICAL DATA, SERIAL NUMBER AND 
MARK IS IN A VISIBLE POSITION ON THE BACK OF THE OVEN.  
THIS NAMEPLATE MUST NEVER BE REMOVED. 
 

 

 

THE APPLIANCE IS INTENDED FOR PROFESSIONAL USE BY TRAINED 
STAFF.
 KEEP CHILDREN AT A SAFE DISTANCE AND NEVER ALLOW 
THEM TO PLAY WITH IT. 
 

 

THE HARDNESS OF THE WATER USED FOR STEAM COOKING MUST 
NOT EXCEED 10-11°F.
 USE TAP-WATER TREATED WITH A
