11. When the fluctuation of load is caused during operation, malfunction/noise/alarm may
occur.
The tuning of gain may not suit for fluctuation load. Adjust the gain properly by following the
manual of driver.
12. When mounting the product, use screws with adequate length and tighten them to the
maximum torque or less.
Tightening with higher torque than the specified range may cause malfunction and tightening with
lower torque can cause the displacement of position or dropping a work piece.
13. Please decrease the transportation mass when an other force on the table.
Please note might the increase of the sliding resistance of the table when the piping duct etc. are set
up in the actuator, and becoming a defective factor for operation enough.
14. Do not remove and grip the masking tape on the back of the body of LESYH.
If the masking tape removed and a foreign body might enter inside the actuator.
Work fixed / Front mounting
Body fixed / Side mounting (body tapped)
In order to prevent the work fixing bolt from hitting the table, use a bolt of a length at least 0.5mm
shorter than the maximum thread depth. Longer bolts can hit the end plate, which will causes
operation failure.
Work fixed / Top mounting
In order to prevent the work fixing bolt from hitting the guide block, use a bolt of a length at
least 0.5mm shorter than the maximum thread depth. Longer bolts can hit the guide block,
which causes operation failure.
