4.5 Check Items After Starting
Check the following items after starting the unit.
There is no leakage from piping.
There is no drain of recirculating fluid from the tank drain port.
The recirculating fluid pressure is within a specified range.
The tank level is within specified range.
4.6 Adjustment of Recirculating Fluid
Adjusting the Flow Rate
The adjustment of recirculating fluid flow rate should be performed by the
manual bypass valve and monitoring the pressure or flow rate in the user’s
machine until they reach required value. If the flow rate remains higher than
required even after fully opening the manual bypass valve, install a valve for
pressure adjustment on the discharge port of the unit and adjust it.
When an Alarm is seen, press the [STOP] button and then turn off the
power supply switch to stop the unit, and turn off the breaker of the
user’s power supply to isolate the unit.
Do not fully close the manual bypass valve. It can increase the
pressure of fed water excessively and damage the pump or user’s
machine. For the initial run of the unit after installation, be sure to fully
open the manual bypass valve.
