Note: When you click Apply and Test, SMC7301TA attempts to
place a call to your Internet Service Provider. Watch the Message
window for any messages. If the test is successful, your users
will be ready to access the Internet. If not, SMC7301TA will try to
give you enough information to let you know why the connection
is not successful.
After the successful Apply and Test, any users in the LAN should
restart their PC. Now you can surf in the Web, receive E-mails,
or transmit les.
After a successful test connection, LAN users wishing to connect
to Internet should reboot their PCs (including the PC you used
for conguration).
They’re now ready to surf the Web, to send e-mail,
or to transfer les around the Internet!
