USING THE IR EXTENSION UNIT (optional)
The IR Extension Unit allows you hide the Receiver unit as it extends the IR range of
the Receiver so the Remote Control can be used from up to 2 metres away from the
Receiver location.
Note: The IR Extensoin Unit is not supplied with the SWC201S System, it is an
optional additional accessory that must be purchased separately.
To install the IR Extender Unit
1.
Install and power the Receiver and Camera.
2.
Insert the small socket from the IR Extension cable into the IR Extension Input on
the Receiver.
3.
The Receiver can be placed in a hidden location, ensure the IR Extension unit is in
view of the Remote Control when in use. You should be able to operate the Receiver
using just the Remote Control.
