2 Double-click the index.html file in the folder containing the images you want.
An index for the folder will appear as an HTML page in your Web browser.
3 To print whiteboard notes in Internet Explorer, right-click the thumbnail image you
want and select
Print Target .
or
To print whiteboard notes in Netscape Communicator or Netscape Navigator, double-
click the thumbnail image you want. Then click the Print button on the toolbar or
select
Print from the File menu.
NOTE : Use Windows Explorer to copy, delete or rename files.
Using Image-Saving Software for Networks
Image-Saving Software for Networks stores whiteboard notes on a network server. This
software is installed and activated by a system administrator as explained in the
Image-
Saving Software for Networks System Administrator’s Guide .
To access whiteboard notes saved by Image-Saving Software for
Networks:
1 Ask your system administrator for the URL to which notes are posted.
2 Open a Web browser, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape
Communicator, to the URL provided by your system administrator.
An intranet page with links to the whiteboard notes will appear.
3 Navigate to the folder you want.
An index for the folder will appear.
4 To print an individual image of whiteboard notes, click the thumbnail to enlarge the
image. Then click the Print button on the toolbar or select
Print from the File menu.
