Smart Start Interlocks is committed to the provision of quality service to its
participants and the community and has adopted Standard AS ISO 10002:2006
(Customer Satisfaction – Guidelines for complaints handling) as a best practice
policy.
Smart Start Interlocks welcomes feedback, including complaints, from our
participants. They allow us to correct any challenges with our service, give us a
chance to re-establish our relationship with our participants and enable us to
continually improve our customer service quality.
