You must convert a video to the correct format before transferring it to the player. See

1. Select
“Movie”
from the main menu, and press the [ ] button.
2. Use the [
] or [
] button to select a video
,
and press the [ ] button to begin playback.
3. Press and
HOLD
the [ ] button to return to the main menu.
● While a video is playing, press the [ ] button to pause playback.
● To resume the playback, press the [ ] button once again.
● Press the [ ] button to return to the previous screen.
Press the [
] or [
] button to skip to the previous or next video file.
Press and
HOLD

] or [
] button to search backward or forward within a video file.
