Ensure that :-
•
The ventilator is cycling
•
I:E Ratio display reading 1:1
•
With the pressure switch check that the mean reads approximately 20 and the peak
reads approximately 40 on the LED.
8.6 PTV Mode

PTV
Set the
PTV Sensitivity
control to

Ensure that :-
•
Ventilator should continue to cycle
• BPM
display reading is initially 0
• TRIGGER BACK-UP LED
is “on”
