Don’t use your  skywalk  MeScal3:

 

> Outside the certified take-off weight.

 

> With any engine, except if there is a certification from the DULV or EAPR.

 

> In rainy, snowy and extremely turbulent weather conditions or high winds.

 

> In fog or clouds.

 

> With insufficient experience or training.

Every pilot is responsible for his own safety and will have to ensure that his aircraft  
(paraglider) has been checked and serviced for its airworthiness before flying. 
You can only fly your  skywalk  MESCAL3 with a valid flying license and in accordance 
with local rules and regulations. 
During its production your  skywalk  MESCAL3 has passed thorough quality controls. 
More spot checks were performed before its delivery.

This paraglider meets the demands of the regulations of german hanggliding asscia-
tion LTF 09, or the EN Norm 926-2:2005. At both certifications Mescal 3 reached the A 
class.
Further details of the construction and the measurements are described in the type 
sheet of the respective homologation association, which is part of this manual. The 
measurements of the line elements are listed in the type sheet or in the lineplans. The 
DHV measures with 5 kg weight from the line carabiner to the bottom sail.
