with the buckle as shown. It must be ensured in the process that
the straps are not turned; F: The belt is to be adjusted as shown
in Fig. 3.4 so that two fingers can fit between your body and the
belt. The back plate with the (fall-arrest) attachment point should
be between your shoulder blades.
V design:
A: Step into the leg straps with your legs so that the tie-in loop
shown in B is in the front. The V-strap is pulled over your head
in the middle so that the carabiner hangs above your pelvis; B: the
carabiner is hooked into the open loop; C: Correct attachment
of the carabiner; D+ E: The straps are to be adjusted so that two
fingers can fit between your body and the belt as shown in Fig. 3.4;
F: The V-belt should be adjusted so as to ensure an upright position
and so that the belt has a tight fit.
Jacket design 2:
A - C: Put on the body harness like a jacket (see jacket design image
A). Thread the buckle bar (smaller part) in the frame so that both
buckle components lie on top of each other as shown in C;
D: If present, close the buckle at the pelvis height as shown in the
image; E: Close both leg straps with the buckle as shown in the image.

Waist belt design, including chest harness:

front. The shoulder straps are put on like a jacket; B: Close both
buckles on the left and right next to the attachment structure ((fall-
arrest) attachment point); C: Close both leg straps with the buckle
as shown in the image. It must be ensured here that the straps are not
twisted; D: The belt is to be adjusted as shown in Fig. 3.4 so that two
fingers can fit between your body and the belt. The back plate with the
(fall-arrest) attachment point should be between your shoulder blades.
Waist belt design:
A: Step into the leg straps with your legs so that the tie-in loop is in
the front. B: If there are buckles on the waist belt (1) and/or on the
leg straps (2), close these. C: Adjust the strap on your hip and
on your legs using the buckles so that two fingers can fit between
your body and the belt.
3.4) Harness control: adjust harness until it fits firmly, but
comfortably. Two fingers should fit between body and webbing.
