DOL 94-10
3 Product Description
DOL 94-10 is a poultry weigher for automatic weighing of poultry (broilers, hens, cocks). DOL 94-10
registers the weight of the birds and transfers the weighing data to a connected livestock house
computer. DOL 94-10 can be used together with DOL 539 and DOL 339 climate and production
computer as well as DOL535 and DOL 95 production computer. Depending on which type of
livestock house computer the bird weigher is connected to, data like weight of the birds, diversity of
weight, number of weighings and gain are currently available for the grower.
The poultry weigher resets after each weighing and deposit on the platform weigher of dirt and litter is
therefore not a problem. Likewise, the weighings will be adjusted through the computer if several
birds mount the weigher at the same time.
DOL 94-10 is easy to handle, clean and calibrate. It has a connector and is easy to remove when
cleaning the house. It is easy to reset/calibrate the weigher with a weight.

User’s Guide
4.1 Batch Start
Place the weigher on the floor and check that it is in a stable position.
Connect the weigher to the computer.
DOL 94-10 is a precision product and thus requires a careful handling.
Do not expose the weigher to impact or weights exceeding 10kg. Do not step on
the weigher.
There is a risk of the load cell being permanently damaged if it is dropped.
4.2 Ordinary Operation
The weigher is not subject to daily attendance. However, it is important that the settings made in the
computer concerning weighing of poultry are correct. Otherwise, the average weight of the birds will
not be calculated correctly.
•
Check on a regular basis that the number of approved weighings is not less than 100 birds
each day.
If the number of weighings falls to less than 100, it may be a result of the settings for search limits and
reference weight in the computer not being correct. See also the User's Manual of the computer.
