134792 Mini-UPS batteri back-up
3
Functional Description
The mini-UPS module does not require any operation. This ensures climate computer backup for the
first five minutes of mains failure. If several mains failures occur in succession, there will be five
minutes' backup every time.
If the power (230 V) is disconnected for more than five minutes, the mini-UPS terminates the backup
to save the battery capacity of the emergency opening unit for emergency opening.
Example 1: Three minutes' mains failure
The climate computer is supplied by means of the battery of the emergency opening for three minutes
and subsequently it is automatically working by means of its own power supply when the power (230
V) is restored.
Example 2: Seven minutes' mains failure
The climate computer is supplied by means of the battery of the emergency opening for five minutes.
The mini-UPS terminates the backup and there is not any battery backup for the last two minutes until
the power (230 V) is restored.
Usually, the emergency generator on the farm will however be in time to start within the five minutes
and support for the last two minutes - and also in case of prolonged mains failure.
