Loading

The cabinet should be left running for 30 minutes to allow the cabinet to cool

down before loading with product. When loading the cabinet shelves with

product:

Allow air space around all the product for even cooling and efficient

operation of the cabinet.

Do not exceed a maximum of 15 kg per shelf.

Do not allow products to overhang the front or rear of the shelves, as

this will affect air flow.

Do not obstruct air flow from the evaporator fan (inside the cabinet).

Do not block the drain hole inside the cabinet.

Temperature Adjustment

The storage temperature of the cabinet is regulated by a thermostat located

at the back of the cabinet interior. The thermostat temperature setting is

preset at the factory and should not need to be adjusted.
The thermostat knob is goes from 0 to 6, with 1 being the warmest and 6

being the coldest. The normal temperature setting is between 2 and 3.
If further adjustment is required:

To make

colder

 – turn the thermostat knob

clockwise

.

To make

warmer

 – turn the thermostat knob

anti-clockwise

.

IMPORTANT

Turning the thermostat knob to ‘

0

’ will switch the refrigeration cooling

system off (the cabinet fan and lights will stay on). Do this to defrost the

cabinet if a build up of ice occurs.
