The user-defined programmes:
Additionally to the fixed programmes (P1 to P24) you may select one of 3 user-definable programmes.
Press PROG and select U1, U2 or U3 with the rotating button. Now press the rotating button (or the
MODE button) to enter the target time for your programme. Select a duration with the rotating button
and press it down. Afterwards, you need to set the speed values for totally 10 segments (select with
the rotating button and confirm by pressing the button down). After finishing all settings, press START
to start exercise.
If you want to exercise with the recently saved programme profile of U1, U2 or U3, you just need to
select the profile and directly press START.
Bodyfat measurement (FAT):
Select the „FAT” mode with PROG and the rotating button to start a bodyfat measurement. During this
procedure you should not move if possible. After selecting the FAT mode, “F-1” appears. Here you need
to enter you gender (1= male and 2 = female). You can adjust the value with the rotating button. Press
the button to confirm. In the following dialogue, you need to adjust the values for age (F-2), height in
cm (F-3) and weight in kg (F-4) in the same way. Afterwards grasp and hold the both hand sensors.
After some seconds, the result of BMI will be displayed on the console. The BMI (Body Mass Index) is
regarded as an indication value to evaluate your body constitution and is not a medical classification.
For a medical classification, your individual body characteristics need to be viewed as well. For further
questions in this regard, please contact you physician. The „ideal“ BMI depends on your age:

< 24 years: 19 - 24
25-34 years: 20 - 25
35-44 years: 21 - 26
45-54 years: 22 - 27
55-64 years: 23 - 28
> 64 years: 24 - 29
If you have a lower BMI, you may weigh too less and if you have a higher BMI, your weight is too high.
