CONSOLE OPERATION
Console operation
Take a few minutes to review the console layout. Below is an overview of the console’s features and
functions.
We recommend that you use the console to help vary your workout routine and keep you focused on
your process toward your fitness goals. The console can become an important source of motivation
and interest which will help keep you on track.

1. Left / right speaker
2. Play Music / Pause
- controls a source connected via USB or 3,5mm jack. Press one time for play
music and press again to pause.
3. Reduce volume / next song
: During music play, press this button shortly to reduce volume; press
and hold button to select next song.
4. Increase volume / previous song
: During music play, press this button shortly to increase volu-
me; press and hold button to select previous song.
5. Display for calories/ pulse / programme
. Shows calories, pulse frequency and programme num-
ber during use automatically in sequences of 20 seconds. By pressing MODE button you may
change the display manually. In order to see correct pulse frequency it is necessary to fully grasp
both hand pulse sensors. It may last up to 1 minute until the correct pulse frequency will be dis-
played.
6. LED light for “time”
: When the exercise time is shown (during exercise) in the time / distance
display window, this LED lights up.
7. Display for time / distance
. Shows exercise time and distance (in km) during use automatically in
sequences of 20 seconds. By pressing MODE button you may change the display manually.
8. LED light for “Distance”
: When the distance is shown (during exercise) in the time / distance
display window, this LED lights up.
