Guarantee
For all the DELTA 2.0 Intercom System components, a warranty period of two years from the date of delivery
applies. The guarantee is limited to defects that are directly attributable to manufacturing and material faults.
Defects that occur due to improper operation, incorrect connection or lack of due diligence by the operator are
excluded from the warranty. Devices opened up by the customer are also excluded from the guarantee.
You can also extend the period of guarantee of your intercom system at time of purchase, or at a later date, for an
extra charge. However, wearing parts like silicone buttons are excluded from the warranty extension. You can
obtain further information about warranty extension from our sales department or on our website www.sitec.de.
As part of our replacement service we will send you a replacement device in the case of a warranty claim, to
restore your general operation as soon as possible. Please return the faulty device to us. Please note that an
invoice will be automatically enclosed with the replacement device. Where the warranty applies, the invoice will be
cancelled/ credited immediately after submission and after the defective device has had a technical check. Where
the warranty applies, you will keep the replacement device as a substitute for the defective device. The defective
device will then remain at SITEC. The replacement device remains property of SITEC until confirmation that the
warranty applies, or payment of the enclosed invoice is received.
