Note: When changing the seal on the water pump, be sure to apply adhesive to the seal and

the pump housing. This will prevent future leaks. Also, while installing the seal, do not hit or

apply force, as this will damage the seal. Slowly ease the seal into place. Please refer to

Figure 2-2 for a cross sectional view of the housing and shaft.
