Substitute with the big button serrated plate
and fasten with the screws . Turn the
turning knob clockwise, and adjust it until
all the positive sides of buttons could be
chosen. Finally fasten the two knobs and
the turning knob .

Adjust the stopper on the vibration plate
(Fig 23)
There are three stoppers. Adjust the
stopper about the button's 1.3 times, and
not too high, for avoiding the button
overloading and feeding failure. Please
refer to (Adjust the details in vibration plate
com.) for the adjusting method.

The remarks of substitute the buttons
(Fig 23)
If there are buttons in the vibration plate ,
it is needed to be cleaned. Not only take out
all the buttons on the plate, but take out all
the buttons on the track. Please press the
button ,and all the button will be blown
out from the track.

撥 釦靶 共 有 三 件 。 將 撥釦 板 調 整 在鈕
釦的

倍 左 右 ，不 可 調 太高， 以免 造 成
鈕釦 重 疊 而 無 法 正 常送 釦。 調整的 方法
請參 閱 。(振 動 盤 組 細部 調整)

.換 釦 注 意 事 項 (圖
23)
振 動盤 內 若 有 先前 使 用的 鈕釦 ，要 清
除乾 淨 ， 以 免 混 淆 導 致 車縫問 題， 除 了
盤 面 上 的 鈕 釦 外 ， 軌 道 內的鈕釦 取出 ；
請 按下 退 釦 鈕 ， 鈕釦 就會從 軌道 全部
吹出 來 。
