STEP 7 

  Attach the left top handlebar (37L) to the left bottom handlebar (21L) and secure using two allen 

screws (35) and two carriage bolts (36). 

  Repeat for the right top handlebar (37R).

Your elliptical is equipped with adjustable end caps. 

If the unit is wobbly, please turn the leveling caps on  

the rear stabilizer to level the unit.
