Running in Your New SINNIS Motorcycle

After purchasing a new motorcycle there is a ‘running in’ period for the engine. It is vitally important that the

motorcycle is successfully managed through this running in period as it will have a direct impact on the service
life motorcycle.

It is recommended that for the first 1000km/600miles the engine RPM should not exceed 6500RPM in all gears.
Care should also be taken to:

1.

Avoid aggressive throttle usage, both in starting and riding conditions.

2.

Avoid hard braking and rapid down-shifting of the gears.

3.

Ride conservatively.

Upon completion of the motorcycles first 1000km/600miles it should be taken to your nearest SINNIS dealer for
servicing as per the Maintenance and Service schedule.
