WARNING
Do not overfill above the upper-level mark. Check the oil level after each pouring of oil into the engine. Multiple
short top-ups with checks are better for ensuring the correct oil level, rather than one large top up.
Ensure that no foreign objects, dirt or other fluids enter the oil filler opening.
Wipe up any oil spills immediately.
Replacing the Engine Oil
1.
If the engine is cold, idle the engine for 3 to 5 minutes.
2.
Turn the ignition switch to the off position and wait for 2 to 3 minutes.
3.
Place your SINNIS motorcycle on its centre stand or maintenance stand on a firm, level surface.
4.
Place a drain pan under the drain bolt.
5.
Remove the oil fill cap/dipstick, drain bolt and sealing washer to drain the oil.
6.
Install a new sealing washer onto the drain bolt, then tighten to the specified torque value.
7.
Fill the crankcase with the recommended grade of oil.
8.
Ensure the engine is filled with the required amount of oil as per the servicing information.
9.
Follow the steps in the Checking section to ensure the oil is at the correct level.
10.
Check that there are no oil leaks.
