TROUBLESHOOTING
Before contacting the service, review this list which includes common incidents
that are not result of a defect in the device.

The unit doesn’t oper-

No power supply
Connect to a function-
ing outlet and switch on
the device.

Drain water tank and
reset your setting or
replace the water tank
to the right place.
Room temperature is
under 5 degrees or
above 35 degrees
Self-Protection is
designed to protect the
unit. The device won’t
work under such tem-
perature.
Timer function is active.
Deactivate Timer func-
tion.
The dehumidifying
function does not work
or the unit turn on / off
frequently

Operation is noisy
