Service Manual

6. 

Remove the 

motor away. 

 

 

 

a) Separate the motor 

away from the motor 
support. 

b) Remove the fan 

blade 

c) Take the motor out 

from the return air 
frame 

Note: the motor support 

shall be removed in 

advance and then changed 

to the unit.   

7.Replace with a 
new motor 

 

 

Assemble the fan as the 

reverse disassembly order 

and then take a power-on 

test.

Loosen the fan 

blade and fan 
motor   

 

 

Unscrew the fixed screws 
of the fan blades and then 
undo the buckle of the 
motor
