-To test for power coming in to the Fan control module, remove the 4 wire Molex from the fan 
control module.  Set meter to AC voltage, in a range of 200VAC and place one probe in the end 
of each black wire.  Reading should be approximately 120VAC.  If no power confirm outlet is live.
