Multi-Tip:
Machine Weight (without bins):
MT1200, all models: 149
– 153kg (depending on power source)
MT1600, all models: 159
– 163kg (depending on power source
If the machine is delivered lying down on a pallet, it should be lifted
upright using a sling or chain through the lifting eye at the top of the
mast.
NEVER lift using the control handle!
If the cradle is in the fully lowered position it may be stood upright
with 2 persons.
Warning:
Parts such as the cradle can slide or drop
when it is stood up, so take care to keep fingers clear.
Once the machine is standing up it may be easily moved on its
wheels. The
Multi-Tip
cradle should always be just off the ground
when moved around, and care must be taken when moving on sloping
ground, or close to drop-offs such as truck docks.
If the
Multi-Tip
has to be lain down for transport or maintenance,
ensure the battery is removed or well retained first.
