BOILER IGNITION (fig. 14)
Open. the. gas. supply. cock. and. give.
voltage.to.the.boiler.by.pushing.the.
switch..Then,.proceed.as.follows:
-..Completely. push. the. gas. valve.
button. (white. button). for. 15-20.
seconds. and. at. the. same. time.
push. repeatedly. the. piezoelectric.
igniter.button..When.releasing.the.
valve.button.the.pilot.burner.must.
remain.on..If.it.switches.off,.repe-
at.the.operation.
-..To.turn.on.the.main.burner.rotate.
the.knob.of.the.boiler.thermostat..
Set. the. thermostat. to. a. tempe-
rature.of.no.less.then.60°C.as.to.
avoid. the. formation. of. conden-
sation. that. could. jeopardise. the.
correct. operation. of. the. device..
The.temperature.set.on.the.ther-
mostat. can. be. read. on. the. boiler.
thermometer.
-..After.this.sequence.the.boiler.will.
work. automatically,. controlled. by.
the. room. thermostat. and. by. the.
boiler.thermostat.
SAFETY THERMOSTAT
(fig. 15)
The. safety. thermostat. is. of. the.
manually.resetting.type..and.opens,.
causing.the.main.burner.to.turn.off.
immediately,. whenever. the. tempe-
rature. of. 95°C. is. exceeded. in. the.
boiler..
To.restore.boiler.operation,.proceed.
by.performing.the.ignition.sequence.
(BOILER.IGNITION)..
Should the appliance again “lock
out”, please approach the authori-
zed technical staff.
