6 COMMISSIONING
6.1
Preliminary operations
a
WARNING
– Should it be necessary to access the areas in the
bottom part of the appliance, make sure that the
system components and pipes are not hot (risk of
burning).
– Before replenishing the heating system, put on
protective gloves.
Before commissioning the appliance, check that:
– the type of gas is correct for the appliance
– the gas isolation valves for the heating system and the water
system are open
– the siphon has been filled.
6.2
Before commissioning
After having carried out the preliminary operations, follow the
procedure below, in order, to start the boiler:
– Set the main system switch to “ON”; after a few seconds, the
“Main screen”
is shown on the display

this operation allows the user to access the boiler control
panel (local).
– the type of gas for which the boiler has been calibrated,
"nG"
(methane) or
"LG"
(LPG,) will appear followed by the power.
After this the correct representation of the symbols will be
checked and finally

will appear on the display
– check that the system pressure as shown on the pressure
gauge when the system is cold , is between
1 and 1.2 bar
– press the button

Carry out the "Automatic self-calibrating procedure" as follows:
