Only plug the base (5) into a power socket that is properly
installed and easily accessible and whose mains voltage
corresponds with the rating plate specifications. No action by
the user is required to convert the product between 50 and
60 Hz Hz. The product adapts to both 50 and 60 Hz.
Following connection, the power socket must continue to be
easily accessible so that the plug can be quickly removed in
an emergency.

Do not spill liquid onto the device plug connection.
•
Never immerse the base (5) in water or any other liquid. If
liquid enters into the base (5), remove the plug from the
socket and contact the service department (see ‘Warranty
information’ section).
DANGER of fire
Fill the kettle (4) with a minimum of 0.5 litres of water. If you do
not pour in enough water, there is a risk of fire due to
overheating.
Keep the kettle at least 50 cm away from flammable and
combustible materials. There is a risk of fire.
