6. Operation

6.1 Closing the foil packaging

The device is designed for a maximum operating time of

minute without interruption. After this, the device must re-
main switched off until it has cooled down to room tempera-
ture.
NOTE:
please open the packaging such that straight opening
edges form. Otherwise straighten them with scissors before clos-
ing.
The device is suitable for re-closing an existing foil packaging,
such as crisps and wine gum bags.
1. Insert the upper end of a foil packaging into the end of the
device marked with the symbol

2. Carefully press the end marked with the symbol

gether and keep it pressed together until the welding areas
heat up after several seconds.

hold the packaging in one hand. Pull the device
evenly from one edge of the packaging to the other and
weld them together.
