CAUTION:

When covering it, make sure that no
food other than the batter gets onto the
baking plate
| 1 . Other foods may burn
and leave residues on the baking plate.

Never cut the crêpe on the baking
plate
| 1 as this may damage the non-stick
coating.

Never use sharp, pointed or metallic ob-
jects to turn or lift the crêpe on the bak-
ing plate
| 1 as this may damage the
non-stick coating.
12. Turn the temperature control | 3 to posi-
tion 0 .
13. Pull out the mains plug | 8 and allow the
device to cool.
8. Cleaning
Clean the device prior to its first use!

Pull the mains plug | 8 out of the wall
socket before you clean the device.

through burning!

Allow all the parts to cool down before
cleaning.
DANGER! Risk of electric
shock due to moisture!

The base unit | 2 , the power cable and
the mains plug | 8 must not be immersed
in water or other liquids.

Protect the device from moisture, water
drops and water splashes.

Should liquid enter the device, check it
before starting the device up again.
WARNING! Risk of material dam-

Do not clean using sharp objects or
abrasive cleaning agents.
• Clean the device after each use and re-
move all food residues.
1. Wipe the base unit | 2 with a soft, damp
cloth. If necessary, use a little mild de-
tergent and then wipe with clear water.
2. Wipe the base unit | 2 with a tea towel
until dry.
3. Clean the baking plate | 1 , batter spread-
er | 5 and crêpe turner | 6 in the dishwash-
er or by hand with a mild detergent.
4. Do not use the device again until all
parts have dried completely.
9. Storage

Keep the device out of the reach of chil-
dren.
• Clean the device before putting it away
and allow all parts to dry completely.
• Figure A: to store the device, wind the
power cable | 8 on the cable spool | 7 at
the underside of the device.
• Store the device in a dry, dust-free
place.
