Melting chocolate
NOTE:
Some chocolates when melted turn
into a sticky mass rather than into a liquid .
You can remedy this by adding 1 part of
cream to 4 parts of chocolate .
Fill the bowl

with the desired amount of
chocolate . Add cream if necessary . Do not
fill the bowl beyond the MAX marking
[ 1]

Let the chocolate melt . If necessary, stir with
the spatula

NOTE: Holding the bowl

in place while
stirring: If necessary, hold the bowl above
the notches

. It is less hot there . Use
a kitchen towel or use oven gloves when
touching the bowl .
