The temperature settings
In the following table you will find an over-
view of the temperature settings with the tem-
perature and application ranges. These
values can provide you with a rough guide.
When choosing the temperature setting you
should also take into account the cooking
method (e.g. frying, steaming, braising), the
food being cooked and your personal taste.

The device remains very hot after it is
switched off, and must not be touched.

Only transport the device when it has
cooled down, and when doing so only
use the handles intended for this pur-
pose.

3. Let the device cool down before mov-
ing, cleaning and storing it away.
4. Disconnect the plug with thermostat

from the device when it has cooled
down completely.
5. Clean the device as soon as possible af-
ter it has cooled down. Do not allow
any residues to dry in the multi-pan
