10. Troubleshooting
The toaster is not working or the start lever (2) does not snap into place.

Check whether the mains plug is inserted correctly into the socket.
The slices of bread are too light after toasting.

Check the setting of the browning control (6) and increase the browning level if necessary.
The slices of bread are too dark after toasting.

Check the setting of the browning control (6) and reduce the browning level if necessary.
The slices of toast are not ejected or remain stuck in the toaster.

The slices of bread that were used are too thick. Do not use slices of bread that are too thick.
11. Environmental and disposal information
