Removing the PCI Riser Board
The PCI riser board connects between the graphics card and the node board.
1.
Remove the graphics card in accordance with the instructions on
page 69
.
2. Remove the screws that secure the riser board to the chassis (refer to
Figure 3-13
).
Two options are available:
a.
Remove the two screws that attach the riser board inside the chassis.
b. Remove the two screws that attach to the outside of the chassis.
3. Gently disconnect the PCI riser board from the PCIe x16 slot on the node board and
lift the riser board out of the chassis.
