Programming 2-3-4-5:
in these cases the receiver’s relay is operated in timer monostable mode on the basis of the transmitters’ commands, as indicated in the
table below. The time depends on the programming code:
2 = 1 second ;
3 = 30 seconds; 4 = 1 minute; 5 = 3 minutes.
Programming 1:
pressing the switch on the device for 1 second and then releasing it opens PROG 1; the LED’s light remains steady to confirm this and the relay
output is disabled, if previously enabled. A total of 64 peripheral devices can be programmed on each receiver: if they are of different types, the various functions are
in OR. Programming is confirmed by the LED switching off for 2 seconds; and the LED flashes quickly for 1 second if you attempt to program an existing code. Each
programming phase times out automatically after 20 seconds.
How to program the peripheral devices:
•
Keypads: enter a 1-4 digit code then press both the red and green buttons at the same time.
•
Keypads: F1 key, press and hold the F1 key for 10 seconds.
•
Remote controls – bistable control (red = ON - green = OFF): press the red and green buttons as the same time.
•
Remote controls – monostable control: press and hold the yellow button for 10 seconds.
•
Detectors power the detector by putting in its battery.
•
Control units: disable the control unit using the remote control or on-board keypad.
•
5555 transmitter: follow the instructions in the relevant section.
Programming 2,3,4,5:
the receiver button allows you to access the programming phases below; each phase is confirmed by the LED that flashes as follows:
PROGRAMMING PHASE
LED RESPONSE

PROG 3
2 flashes - 2 sec. Pause
30 seconds
PROG 4
3 flashes - 2 sec. Pause

PROG 5
4 flashes - 2 sec. Pause

The LED’s light remains steady for 2 seconds to confirm programming, and flashes quickly for about 1 second if you attempt to program an existing code. Each
programming phase times out automatically after 20 seconds.
Select a programming phase according to the required time, and then program the peripheral devices as follows:
•
Keypads: press and hold the button you wish to set (panic alarm, F2) for 10 seconds.
•
Remote controls – monostable control: press and hold the yellow button for 10 seconds.
•
Detectors: power the detector by putting in its battery.
•
5555 transmitter: follow the instructions in the relevant section.
Cancelling peripheral devices
All stored peripheral devices can be cancelled by pressing and holding the button on the appliance for 4 seconds in the programming phase. To cancel single
peripheral devices that have just been stored, simply press and hold the button for 4 seconds after storing the same peripheral devices: the LED should flash quickly
for 4 seconds to confirm cancellation.
Black out :
the appliance memorizes its condition and restores it when power returns.
5555 4-CHANNEL RADIO TRANSMITTER
This is a radio transmitter with 4 inputs able to transmit 4 radio commands to the 5541 – 5542 receivers.
