2. Connect one end of the provided IDE cable to the
IDE
Controller Connector
(see below) on the Bay-64.
3. With a separate IDE cable (not provided), connect one end of
the cable to the
Hard Disk Drive Connector
(see below) on
the Bay-64.
4. Slide the Bay-64 into the device bay. Do not secure it at this
time.
5. Connect the
IDE Controller Connector
IDE cable (from #2
above) to the IDE controller on the motherboard or an add-
on controller.
6. Connect
Hard Disk Drive Connector
IDE cable (from #3
above) to your hard disk drive.
7. Connect a mini power connector (same type of power
connector used for the floppy drive) to the Power Connector
(see below) on the Bay-64.
Use the included "Y" split power
cable if your system doesn't have an available mini power
connector
.

8. Verify your device connections, then secure the Bay-64 to the
device bay using the provided installation kit.
